Separator-Type HEPA Filter

Cambridge’s Enzymic Filter is a quick and effective way to provide sterilization by eliminating a wide range of bacteria. Enzymes fixed on media fibers break the molecular bonds of bacterial cell walls (glycoside, amido, or peptide). Cell membranes are then ruptured by inner osmotic pressure and the bacteria are destroyed. The media uses natural enzymes that are safe for both the environment and human beings. Our Enzymic Filter Series functions at room temperature and no electricity or heating is required. The Enzymic separator-type HEPA filter is available in both standard and high airflow volume models. These filters are 99.97% efficient or 99.99% efficient at 0.3um. Custom sizes are available.
